Stephen brings 25 years’ IT and trading experience to the team. Based in France, he supports members by connecting them with relevant global contacts and facilitating effective trading relationships.
Rene Reich
Sales, German Office
Rene brings international sales experience and supports members across European markets. Fluent in German and Polish, he works closely with companies to understand their trading requirements and build long-term business relationships through clear, dependable communication.
Jen Barron
Operations & Events Director
Jen oversees operations and event delivery, ensuring members can engage fully with IPT services and industry events. She coordinates closely with teams to support members’ wider trading objectives.
With broad experience in events, digital platforms and operations, Jen guides both IPT and ITC through continuous development, helping the organisation grow while keeping attention on detail and delivery. She enjoys bringing people together and creating environments where collaboration can develop naturally.
Outside of work, Jen likes to travel, spend time with her family and explore new ideas and projects. She values a calm, organised approach and believes great events are built through the contribution of many people.
Rebecca Fallon
Events Manager
Rebecca manages key events and logistics, helping to deliver a strong member experience at trade shows and IPT-led gatherings. She brings a practical, detail-focused approach to planning and coordination.
